By default, datasets in the organization have single admins who control who can access and use them. But there are many situations in which data owners will want to share datasets to the rest of the organization, either as a sample or in its entirety.
To share a dataset to the entire organization, navigate to a dataset you would like to share. Select "Share" from the dataset actions bar, then select "+ New share". By default, the share will be set "Everyone". Select the access level you would like to provide (for example, if you are building a data marketplace, you may want to select "sample" or "metadata only" share. If you are building a data "sandbox" you may want to give everyone admin permissions).
Click "Share" to complete the share.
